I need to make sure i purchase an English version otherwise i would really struggle!

Unfortunately you can't use this link to purchase.
The discount is only for Russia, Ukraine, Belorussian, Kazakhstan, because in these countries, now the crisis, price $99 it's really expensive for them (salary about $250 per month).


All registered users will get the discount for the upgrade to version 3.xx.

Then I would proportional discount. My monthly salary is R $ 1,378.02 after taxes is net R $ 1,248.33 converting into US dollars (1U $ = R $ 3.95) U $ 316.04. How about a pro rata amount of 63% (37% discount)?

U $ 99 x 0.63 = U $ 62.73 and you get a publisher in Brazil, have even consulted the possibility of inclusion in subtopic forum (http://myvisualdatabase.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2031 ).

This purchase would be an investment to raise the monthly income, as in Brazil this bad for too many people, due to poor public administration of the people's money.
