Topic: Help!!!

I face a problem by creating a report.
In my example I like to create a report with the details of the customer including hes phones and also the details of hes shop and hes shop phones.
Running the script in many cases I have some results like double records or in some other cases there is missing the phone of the shop or the phone of the customer is the same with the job.
I have created a calculated field but it'seems not to work correctly
In the attached file is my example.
Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
