- support HiDPI resolution

Decrease file size in  capacity disk ?
Or
Change Size Width ,Height Image ?

Both, you can change file size using param Quality, also you can change width and height.

PictureResizeToJpg(InFile, OutJpgFile: string; NewWidth: integer = -1; NewHeight: integer = 1, Quality: integer = 80);

It is free to pay, and better to partition large volumes of data. And I like it more ..., I think you should support it, it would lift MVD to the clouds
