datagrid

Being new to the world of the database, I come to you and ask you some information.

I have a table called  "company" (dictionary) , and another  called "commands"
With a relationship between the two.
When I made a self execution of a query in a datagrid I  see only the index of relations.

Is it possible to display something other than the index, when there is a relationship, in the grid?
If so, could you gave me an example? to put in the script (I guess)
