I have the same error message. When I add in a tablegrid a field from a table before I run the program I get this message. Why ?

In some cases when I run the software it losses  some forms. This makes me an angry because I must write all the missing parts again.

I have the same error message when I try to add a new button for a tablegrid. Before running it it shows up the error.
When remove the button sndown close the mvdb and after that open the app and add the button it works OK.  Can not understand why? What was your and how did you resolve it?
