Topic: User input split over 3 forms, one table - same record

Help with this!  - Hi MVD community, I have a question.. is it possible to collect user input from 3 different forms, save the info on the same table and have this information retrieved later to be displayed on another form, using a grid or whatever, be able to edit the info, save it. etc.. ?

Thank you so much Derek for your help with this!!   -  I'd like to share Derek's solution for anyone else who might have this question or is thinking about creating a project that involves my issue.
