Topic: Share the same database

Hi to all. I have fix a simple software for a friends office. They  like to share the same database between two pc or more and from home, so they can work also from there . Because the sensitive info's it must be secured. Can anyone gives me an example how to do that ?  Dmitry says to use Mysql DBMS but I do not understand.    Please sending an example is always the best teacher.

you need to create a shared folder on a server

in the shared folder you will put the database

Thank's fr your response, but I do no understand this language.
Can anyone help me how to put the MVDB database to a server so anyone can have access to the database form distance.
As you can see I am not an expert so I need help.
