NEEED HELP PLEASE READ

Hi i'm new in MVD, i was wondering if i can make a simple windows application for Loan management System amortization. the example is in the "jpeg" can anyone help me build this plss.

this is whats in my mind and how it should work.

1st. input values and names and date then click calculate.

2nd click add loan. then the following values and names should be putted in the box table

3rd it has the ability to edit the values (interes rate, amount of loan, number of payment) and has the ability to add payment. pls help me i really need it.

the formula for the monthly payment should be

Amount of Loan + (amount of loan x interes rate)/ 100%
