Topic: Sum in a Calculated field

Hello MVD users

I'm writing a project to manage my car (maintenance and repairs)

it starts to cost me more than it brings me :
I have a form for each of them (maintenance and repairs) and in a grid I enter the different performances with in a COST column for their their costs.

II want to use a calculated field to get in a footer of the COST column to totalize all the expenses.

But I'm struggling with the syntax of this field: using SUM ....
What would be the good writing to simply get this total.

I think Derek who frequently uses calculated fields has his little idea at hand.

Thanks, but I just found myself the solution :
By opening the parameters of the grid containing the costs, I ticked the symbol to the right of the COST field used in the query and I saw that there was a Footer section with a Formula field.

By activating it, I got a footer containing the total costs.
In fact, nothing is easier.
Now, all is OK !
