Topic: Date and time in Enquiry followup Software need time also

It is very imp, time and date to call any person for follow up.

Please see my attach file and help me how I can put time to call person on plan date and time.

I have created Enquiry followup software.

When new Enquiry come then I Enter filed like...

1. Date & Time  Filed for what date & time it came.

2. Text filed for writing some comments about that person.

3. again I created Date & Time  Filed to plan is Date & time to call him.

My Question is, in  Date & Time field, time is not control to plan time, so I can not plan to call him at that plan time.

in Date & time field there is no option to control time. It is taking system time only at which we enter data.   

if I select any date than output is showing system time at which data is enter.  and about plan date & time, I can not control time as there is no option for time to edit.

I what both date & time to control & edit his enquiry Date & time and to plan his date & time to call him.
