Topic: Disable Enter Key when in a field

Hi all,
I have a question about disabling the Enter key when moving from field to field.

On my form(s) I use the Tab key to move from field to field.  That works fine.

However if I forget to hit the Tab key and hit the enter key instead, it closes the form, saving whatever entries I have completed so far.  Then I have to reopen the record and finish the entries for that record.

Any suggestions on how to disable the Enter key when I'm filling out a form will be appreciated.

In the Object Inspector for your SAVE button, uncheck the DEFAULT checkbox.

I saw that DEFAULT check box but didn't know what it was for so I didn't try it.  Maybe if it was labeled something like DISABLE ENTER KEY,  it would be more obvious? Just a thought.

But now that I know what it's for then I'm good to go.  I'll just disable it on each of my forms and I should be good to go.
