Topic: My Visual Database 1.46 Update

It says on "My Visual Database 1.46" that it comes with upgrades.
So today I received an email notification that v. 1.47 is available, but when I installed it, it wanted me to buy it to have it fully functional.
Why is that?
I thought that my license code from v. 1.46 would work on v.1.47, but it doesn't.
Can you help me with this?

If yes, you can use My Visual Database for free only version 1.46, for upgrade to version 1.47, you need purchase.

My version says that "minor upgrades are available."
Why then can I NOT use the v.1.47 upgrade?
Is this NOT a minor upgrade?
This is ridiculous of your company.

Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment. Installing a new version may overwrite the existing version and invalidate your license key.
