3 Digit Number Game - System/Database

I'm very new in MVD, can i ask for help regarding making this 3 Digit Number system/database, which the encoder will input the number,amount paid, Customer name, and an option for the number to be RUMBLED or STRAIGHT. The amount will be printed totalled with 10% discount given to the encoder.
