If I call it with the OnShow event of the form1 function.

If I call it from a script, e.s.

Totali2(form1.TableGrid2,'');

it gives me the error "List index out of bounds (0)".

I've tried various parameters but can't resolve the issue.
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Requirements   :

The backup should include all records in the table.

Excel should not open; the file should save silently.

It should happen automatically when saving, with no extra clicks.

Is this possible using mvd built-in features or scripting?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m working with My Visual Database and I need help with the following:

- I have a table called `Spec` with the fields:
  - `LevelClass`
  - `CustMassOfContam`
- I have a form called `Test` with:
  - A ComboBox `CB_LevelClass` for selecting a `LevelClass`
  - A TextBox `EDMassOfContamCust` where I want to automatically display the `CustMassOfContam` value corresponding to the selected `LevelClass`

My goal is:
- When selecting a value in the ComboBox, the TextBox should automatically display the corresponding value from the `Spec` table.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?

I thought that the EXE of an MVD project could only be run in the project for which it was "compiled." I've since concluded that I was wrong!

The "project_name.exe" is a "runtime" that executes an MVD application, requiring only the files: graphics.dll, sqlite3.dll, forms.xlm, settings.ini, tables.ini, script.pas, and sqlite.db to be contained in the same folder as the EXE?

I also noticed that the EXE file used in this case could have any name.

This doesn't diminish MVD's capabilities in any way. On the contrary, it simply demonstrates its versatility!

I'm not an expert on the subject and just wanted to share the information.

P.S.: This BAT was the only one that worked on Windows 11 and allows you to run any MVD application, having the EXE in another folder (single EXE)

How to change the text color of button ? ? ?

I try with this code

Form1.Button1.Font.Color := clRed;

And this code

Form1.Button1.Font.Color := RGB(255, 0, 0);

But no one of them change the color of button text !
