This Copy Tool would be great for MyVisualDatabse Main Menu listed under 'Tools', but may need to be more integrated to your software.
In fact why don't you give Rob the creator of the Copy Tool a Partnership he could bring more tools and programming skills to your Team.
If you have not got a team of people helping you out, you must have to much work, looking after the forum, creating new additions, updating errors, and helping customers\clients out, etc.
The copy worked fine, but it would be even better if you could copy the specific table linked to the form.
or even have a choice of the files you wanted to copy by means of a file manager tick box system.

I installed it eventually and I will try it out if it continues to work.
You can create any database and merge the database into a web design program.
I use Serif WebPlus it cam use databases within.

In one of my Databases I have used the 'TAB' tool to create a menu bar, but you still get the file menu bar as well.
I have found that it personalizes my menu.
Try out the TAB tool and make your page the largest and build your databases in your tabs.

Going back to printing a report.
when creating a report in my visual database can these be called up in a combo box in my database design and then chose a report for printing.
If so how is it done.

When you run the database and it is compiled this is good, But...
When you run the database out of MyVisual Database (Stand Alone) you get a Tabbed menu that should really be accessible before Running the program inside MyVisual Database. in other words 'Editable'.
This would make database design more windows friendly by using the Tabbed menu as your own Database.
Another suggestion ...
When designing a database within MyVisual Database it would be good to be able to make your pages the same as screen size and work at that level.
Unless you can do already, I don't know.
Other database manufacturers already implement a report generator and print facility within their software.
but you can only suggest these methods to Drive Soft and hope they listen.

I need my databases to have ready made printable reports, but list them in a combo box for easy access.
And maybe to create a database report generator so that user can create a report save to combo box to print out time and time again.
So yes you could be right.
Not made any head ways to introduce printing, can't work out what you gave me!

I did not say that you can use FastReports to create a database, I'm not stupid.

The easiest way.
Suggestion...
To make My Visual Database stand out from the rest of the market, you need unique characters or unique ways to make programming simple to none programmers.
Example: take a look at Serif WebPlus you can create a complete website without programming knowledge.
So this is what you need to accomplish a database that anyone can use without programming.
I know that you can use FastReport on the compiled version of your database and is the easy option of designing databases. But to me when creating a Database Application it's much better offering the option to use ready made internal printable reports so what they see is what they get.
Can FastReport be used in design mode?
The only other way I can think of printing easier is by saving everything to a PDF file or doc, txt formats.
Can you think of any other easy ways for people to print out data in reports or queries in a stylish design.
Would it be possible to make the files invisible or disguised or saved in an external file sorce which can be protected by file locks etc.
All I am saying is there another way around the problem rather than thinking of what should happen.
The questions above illustrate the situation for developers who want to distribute their own developed software.
I touched on this type of issues in my Suggestions in the past. Your software needs to be more flexible if you are to be successful in the sale of My Visual Database.
It's Good but not great, developers need the complete package to succeed, same as you do.

Could ask have you created a database and you want to create a login.
If so.
There is a simple way around this, you download a freeware software that lets you protect files or documents on your computer system by assigning a password to open your exe file that you created.
This saves you actually making an internal form to do the same job.

When I created the help documentation it was all correct with no Russian language within.
But Drive Soft have the right to change the format to suit there needs as they are the outright owners of the documentation.

I have complete the English Manual v1.0 and sent the pdf file to be evaluated by Drive Software.

It would be a good idea to change one of a duplicate videos that you have on your website.
example: employees video is on the home page and the videos page change one of these and create one for another database that your have in the downloads section.
Duplicating videos on website is wasted space and advertising.

No need to help me I have everything in hand and translated the complete documentation I just need to Re-configure the files and Issue them to My Visual Database for evaluation, before any release can be made.

Your doing good now, can't wait to use the later versions.
But, Please if you have the full update list from when you first developed My Visual Database say version 1.0 up to 1.47 it would be great to have that information in the manual.
It shows how much work is required by you and your team, companies would also be interested in the development of new components and actions as they get developed.
An English manual is being created by Myself and would expect to be finished before the new year, sorry I can't put a date or time on it, as I am only working on it in my spare time.
It is going to be good and give you lots of Help & Information that the basic user requires to get started and produce great applications. There will be Pictures, Written Video References, Software Overview, Update Version Information, Website Links and Contact Information.
Registration and terms and condition will apply which is governed by Drive Software Company.
Please Note: The Manual will have to be approved by Drive Software Company before any releases can be made.
I hope that this will give many people a bit of peace of mind, while they wait.
