I'd like to ask if MVD has a logging feature that records all the transactions in the system. Like who or which user that made the changes in the database from login to CRUD transactions. Thank you.

Each person can be issued multiple documents such as
1. CLEARANCE
2. CERTIFICATION
3. INDIGENCY
4. PERMIT
All of these documents have different tables
How to display in TableGrid all of the documents issued to a person?
I tried "Show Record" but it doesn't display these transactions.

I understand that in MVD is displays the format that I wanted.
