Please see images. You will  note the report layout, and an actual report sample. Although the layout is not perfected yet, all data and totals present themselves accurately.

The Issue > How do I get rid of the huge gap between the two sections? I cannot find a "shrink" command anywhere, as found in Alpha or even Libra.

I have an existing table, and needed to add another field. Then added appropriate controls on forms. All existing controls work as they did. This one (REAL) will allow typing in, but does not save the data. All other fields on the form save changes as always.

Import/Export are very important functions, especially if I'm going to pay full amount for this product. So far, I like the app and can see it coming up to a level of Alpha 5 (eventually). I used that for 20 years, but can't afford it now for my daily farm work. SO - I am considering MVD, and desperately need an import mechanism. I  TOO, would pay some ambitious person to make it happen!

HI All,
The book has convinced me that this program will continue to develop and mature. Well written and simple to understand with plenty of illustrations.
I have been programming with Alpha 5 for over 15 years. Unfortunately, they are now well out of my price range. Over $5k.  MVD is a perfect solution at a wonderfully realistic price.
