Abut Math Calculation

Dear all.

I have three text Box, V1, V2, and Result...i want to add V1 and V2 value and want to show result in Result Text Box...

Please mention the method and procedure how can i do that

One more thing i want two procedure one when the integer value enter in V1 and V2 then the result show automatically in Result Text box,
and second when the button is clicked the result show in the Result Text box...
