Topic: RTF Editor or allow plugin components

Will an RTF editor be added or can 3rd party plugins be allowed to provide functionality that you may feel is beyond the scope of MVD ?  Allowing users to add in components will allow us to increase functionality.

In my case, I would like a code editor - xml aware, color coding, etc. to be opened on button press to edit specific text fields.

RTF editor is planned.
But allowing users to add components is not possible and not planned.
