Topic: PRAGMA Key/ReKEY

Is there a way to use the SQLEXECUTE('PRAGMA ReKey='password';') to set the db encryption password? 
I found other sqlite browsers/editors do support this sql statement.

I using original version SQLite library in MVD and there is no ReKey Pragma.
