I wonder if it is possible to insert some data in a word document or excel document?

In the current version it's not possible, but I plan to implement it in 2-3 days.

I used version 2.7 beta function word, and it gives me an error code like when using the 'Print CV (Using templates)', with the other button works, thanks!
