Calculate field with two verification

Sir,

I need the software wise report of each employee.
Whatever software employee handing that list followed by there count of status.

I Have created a Calculate field in software DB, and its showing total count,
But i need total count of each employee with status count.

How to implement this Calculate field with two verification.
For example
Autocad tatal is = 2
Kishor is handing only one autocad and rena one autocad

Can any one help me, i am stuck here,

The Calculate field is, properly list down the software name belong to employee.

now i count the repetition of same software name belong to employee, it not working. by creating Cal_EmpSoftTotal in software table.

its showing total count. I am not able to count, only belong to employee.
