Versioning Process

TO THE MVD SOFTWARE ENGINEERS!

Greetings!

I want to develop a system which is compliant of versioning method process with the purpose of the following strategies in the development:
1.    can update the database without affecting the existing records
2.    can generate sql create of update tables without affecting the existing records via script then automatically reflects the sql to the SQLite database and to the tables config settings

This method of process will help the developer not to go to the area just to update the system but  just send the updated system and install by the clients.

Please help me and give a sample of this query.
