Topic: Check box

Hello. In a form I have a field ("Agree") with 2 check boxes (Yes and No). After I add a new entry and I check, e.g., the box Yes, when I run the project in the Data Entry form of this entry both check boxes appear as Grayed, and hence when I search for those entries that have Yes box checked only, all entries show up (even those with No). Do you have any suggestions what I've done wrong?
