My question is : How to create an automatic Id with the liks this; letters/automaticnumbers/year

Hi,
Please have a look at the attached example as one way to do it.  I use
1.  a prefix (any length, any format and stored in a single row 'prefix' table which you can change by clicking on the 'database' button on Form1) +
2.  an editcounter (you can choose your own starting number in the appropriate database table) +
3.  the 4 digit year part of the current date.
