hello,
after i see this project :

i was wonder if there is a way of we can do the automatic backup every day 1 of every month? instead every 3hours

Backing-up the database every week or month would better work with a Windows scheduled task copying the SQLite.db file somewhere using any solution available; script, backup software,etc... Otherwise you would have to set your script to backup the file on fixed date (check the current date, if date= backup_day then copy file, else do nothing 
)
