Hi,
Dear Dimitri is it possible to have a Script that retrieve custommers phone number from Caller ID and automatically show custommer informations ? (Via additional software or hardware)

To do such thing, you must have access to a PBX and depending on the model, accessing to the PBX database requires specific tools and APIs.

as PBX we can use Asterisk!
But the question is how we can integrate it with MVDB ?

If you use the version which has an SQLite db, yes, sure. You just have to attach the db with custom scripts. http://myvisualdatabase.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2018
