Can anyone help me with a doubt that i have?

I know how to make a funcion for a Memo for max.lenght of characters.

But how can i block a memo for a max lengh of characters for the size of the memo window?

It's not easy to limit number of characters dependent of size of the memo window, user's PC can have different settings of system font size.
