Topic: Calendar usage specific

Hi guys,
I want ask about opportunities of MVB to my target.
I need make records for workers with their work days in calendar. (they have different work plans: 2/2; 3/3; 5/2 and so on) Put all information in calendar.
And in main window query the date to show all workers who work at this day.

Is it possible make it via MVB?
I have already made usual easy programs via MVB, but i confused when wanted make this program.
What could you advise for start? Or any specifics to this program?

I am sure that it is possible to implement with MVB with using a script but unfortunately I have no experience in this task.
This is not an easy task, you need programming experience.
