Topic: How To do Auto-Increment counting in one form?

issue : How can I do auto-increment counting in one form without leaving a form

What I have tried and not working the way i want it.

My issue is when I click on "new record" button it goes to new form and I can add one record at a time. I want to add more than one record at a time.

like after adding one record I can click on "new" button and it adds new record when each time i click on it with incremented counter on same form without leaving it.

Thanks @DriveSoft still one issue when i put delete record button in it, counter do not reset to back available value I have to close the form and start again. can you please fix that in last example you gave me.

Please attach your project with delete button, and describe with example, what exactly do you mean "available value".

@derek explained me that " bear in mind that if you use the auto-increment feature, when you delete a record, that particular number does not get reallocated (ie if you have records 1,2,3,4 and 5 and you delete record 2, the next auto-incremented no' is 6;  record 2 does not get re-used)." so it was not "available value" it was about counter my mistake....!!! sorry new bie here lol  smile
