Topic: HOW TO ADD CHECKBOXES IN GRID

Sir,

i am doing a medical lab project
in this there is a list of tests to be done.
the technician needs to select only the tests needed for that patient.

its just like selecting only the products that i want.
how to implement this with grid or any other method

all help appreciated and thanks in advance.
the tests are in tests table with cost...just like products in products table with cost

Attached is an example of how to tackle this sort of project (but with MVD there are many options).
