View respective Reference data from one grid to other grid

i have created one table with Name & MB are fields. also one more table for followup with followup text field.

Each Name has respective followup field may one, two , tree, so on.....

i want to see data ones i click on any name then it should show his  respective followup text.

One more think on edit it showing respective Reference data.

means side by side two grid. when  i click on any name of one grid on the side grid it should show his  respective followup text.

Problem is solve i have to put search butte for main grid.

When i click on any name of grid table then it shows Reference data to other grid....... OK

but....

I Want to show 3 or 4 different Reference data, in different grid table. at a time..

in grid how we can put Increm.Search more than one or any other solution.

please tell me how it possible in this database software.

also, is this possible that one grid to there grid and his data refer to there other grid i.e Reference  to Reference to Reference & so on.

i do that, but it search for only first grid table & show Reference data, then i click on second table then & then it show second Reference  data, not dynamically visualize all data in single click.

what wrong???????????
