About Enquiry Followup Software

I Want To Search Company name and show it referance data,

but it is not going to show error.

Still there is error,

On click in enquiry data it should show refence data in diffenent table.

but now still error showing no such column.

plz see. select any row in enquiry table then error is comming for no such column.
