Internal Order Processing System

I have made a database app which helps me segregate orders as per vendors.
Idea is  that my office staff make a requirement through the database - of what all items they require and I confirm as to which item to buy from which vendor and then a report is to be generated which would be vendor wise - as in have a vendors name and phone no at the top with item name and quantity below it - next to each other.

I am sharing the scheme of the database i have made - issue is that i am getting stuck (miserabally) at the end where i am to assign vendors.
will also share the MyVisualDatabase project file if allowed.
